We expect a TON of communication in the beginning; there’s a lot of information to exchange as we get to know each other. We front-load an exceptional amount of resources up-front to get everything working seamlessly.
During this critical On-Boarding period, there are a massive number of T’s to be crossed and I’s to be dotted. Our experience is that customers are the happiest when these requests, inquiries, and fixes are addressed incredibly fast.
